The European Style Marketplace, 2018
The Saturday and Sunday of the 2018 edition, as the site described it at the time.
Behind a multi-day event, organisers can also compare operational tools for employee tracking software.
The weekend after the Friday tasting was open and less formal: two days of wine, chocolate, specialty food and craft, laid out as a market street indoors and running from late morning.
The floor
Stalls from wineries, chocolate makers, food producers and artisans, arranged so that a visitor could walk the whole thing in a loop. The same Eiffel Tower stood over it, and the aisles were built to be strolled rather than queued.
Culinary demonstrations
Cooks worked through dishes in front of an audience and explained what they were doing while they did it, which is a different thing from a performance and was scheduled through both days.
The children's corner
Activities for children ran alongside, including hands-on planting sessions with staff from the county arboretum's garden programme. The point of it was that adults could taste something without leaving anybody unattended.
Music
Live entertainment across both days, listed at the time by act. The names are kept in the news posts collected elsewhere in this archive rather than repeated here.
Reading this now
This describes the weekend of 3 and 4 February 2018. It is a record and not a plan.
The original carried the names and personal mobile numbers of volunteer coordinators. Those have been taken out. Everything else the page said about the festival is kept.
